Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of the reservation. *Note: If reserving the Deluxe Chalet or more than one chalet, there is a 60 day cancellation policy with the same conditions imposed. If reserving for a wedding, reunion or some other common event, there is a 90 daycancellation policy with the same conditions imposed.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% will automatically be billed to the credit card on file at the time of cancellation cutoff. * Note: If only reserving for one night or reserving within the cancellation period, the full amount is due at the time of booking. Silverwolf guarantees availability of chalet or chalets reserved; guest guarantees payment for all dates reserved.
